皮肤的保湿护理是一个基础而又系统的工程,做好皮肤的保湿工作可有效延缓皮肤衰老。目前对皮肤保湿机理的研究主要集中在角质层和真皮层上,缺少对表皮、真皮连接部位基底膜的重视与研究。综述了皮肤与基底膜的基本结构,以及基底膜功能与皮肤保湿护理之间的关系,并对保湿护肤产品开发和消费者产品选择提出建议。

Moisturizing is a basic and systematic project that can delay skin aging. The research of skin moisturizing mecha nism mainly concentrates on the stratum corneum and dermis, but the basement membrane is seldom researched. This article o verviewed basic structure of skin and basement membrane, as well as the relation between skin moisturizing and ruction of base ment membrane, and gave some advices on skin care product development and consumer product selection.
