西藏阿里汽车兵血脂测定结果调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高原特殊环境对高原汽车兵机体血脂代谢的影响。方法:采集37例男性高原汽车兵血样并检测血脂,血脂检测项目包括胆固醇(cholesterin,CH),三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG),高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL),低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL);以3组平原不同海拔高度及不同兵种专业各40例男性士兵作对照,比较血清CH,TG,HDL,LDL在各组间的差异。结果:对照组2血清CH、HDL及LDL水平均显著高于实验组(P<0.05);对照组1与对照组3的血清CH水平均显著高于实验组(P<0.05);对照组1的LDL水平亦显著高于实验组(P<0.05);对照组3的HDL与LDL水平均显著低于对照组1与对照组2(P<0.05);而TG水平显著高于对照组1与对照组2(P<0.05)。结论:高原低压低氧等特殊环境可增加高原汽车兵的应激水平,可对高原汽车兵的血脂代谢产生影响。不同兵种专业与饮食供给可影响机体的血脂代谢水平。 Objective :To investigate the influence of Plateau special environment on automotive soldier blood lipid metabolism. Methods :The serum of 37 cases male Plateau automotive soldier as experimental group were collected, and those serum lipid data including cholesterin (CH),Triglyeeride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and low density lipoprotein (LDL) were tested by biochemical analyzer (Olympus AU5400). There were three group control from the different plain region and different professional,each group of 40 eases,their serum lipid were tested by the same methods. All data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 software for the differences between the groups. Results : The levels of CH,HDL and LDL in control group 2 was significantly higher than experimental group (P 〈 0.05). The levels of CH in control group 1 and 3 was obviously higher than experimental group (P 〈 0.05) ,while the LDL level of control group 1 showed opposite tendency. The levels of HDL and LDL in control group 3 was obviously less than that of control group 1 and 2, while the TG level of control group 3 showed opposite tendency. Conclusion: The special en- vironment of Plateau including low oxygen and infrabar etal might enforce stress ability of Plateau automotive soldier, and those might exert an influence on automotive soldie blood lipid metabolism. The different professional and food supply might either affect the blood lipid metabolism.
