弥散成像技术在软组织肿瘤和炎性病变鉴别诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 核磁共振在软组织肿瘤的诊断、分期以及随访中发挥着较大的作用,弥散成像技术是唯一反映体内分子水平水分子弥散的一项技术,以往主要用于神经系统,可以帮助鉴别颅内脑脓肿和肿瘤坏死,其机制是由于病灶成分的物理和化学特征的不同,近期,有作者利用弥散成像技术研究关于软组织良恶性肿瘤的鉴别,在临床实践中部分软组织恶性肿瘤与炎性病变常规影像存在误诊情况,
