摘要
目的 用1H MRS观察正常人脑组织主要代谢化合物随年龄变化规律。方法 应用场强为 2 0T的磁共振成像系统对 2 3例正常人 (年龄 0 4~ 10 5 6周 )脑组织进行1H MRS采集。计算氮 乙酰天门冬胺酸 (NAA)与肌酸(Cr)的峰下面积比值以及胆碱复合物 (Cho)与肌酸 (Cr)峰下面积的比值 ,并分别与年龄进行回归分析。结果 NAA/Cr值随年龄增加而成指数曲线增长 ,Cho/Cr值随年龄增长而成递减指数曲线 ,符合指数公式Y =aLnX +b ,X为实际年龄。结论 磁共振质子波谱可无创性观察不同年龄正常人脑组织代谢情况 ,获得主要代谢产物与年龄的关系 ,为临床研究提供参考。
Objective Use 1H-MRS to discover the metabolic change of brain with age in normal person. Methods 1H-MRS was obtained use PRESS sequence in 23 normal persons from 0 4 to 1056 weeks old.The areas under the peaks were measured,the ratios of N-acetylaspartate (NAA),choline containing compounds (Cho) to creatine (Cr) were calculated,The relationship between the ratio of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and age was examined by statistics method. Results The ratio of NAA/Cr increased with age,and the ratio of Cho/Cr decreased with age.The age dependencies of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr were fitted to monoexponential function Y=aLnX+b. Conclusion MRS can detect the metabolic change of the brain with age in normal people,show the development of the normal brain noninvasively. [
