摘要
线粒体融合蛋白1(mitochondrial fusion protein 1,Mfn 1)和线粒体融合蛋白2(Mfn2)的主要功能最初被认为只在于调控线粒体外膜的融合,但是近几年对这两个蛋白进行的大量研究表明,它们参与了细胞内许多重要生理过程,包括增殖、凋亡、坏死以及呼吸功能和氧化代谢的调控等。对于特定对象心肌细胞而言,Mfn1和Mfn2蛋白对心肌细胞的影响也表现在许多方面,但是目前均未研究透彻,甚至出现相对矛盾的研究结论。而这两个蛋白对心肌细胞生长发育和生理机能都有着重要的影响,研究透彻Mfn1和Mfn2在心肌细胞各个生理过程中的作用以及作用机制,对心肌细胞各种生理机制的体外研究以及体内心肌组织工程移植技术的发展都有着重要意义。本文主要对近年来Mfn1和Mfn2蛋白对心肌细胞各个生理机能影响的研究进展进行综述。
The main function of mitochondrial fusion protein 1 (Mfnl) and mitochondrial fusion protein 2 (Mfn2) was originally thought to be just regulating the fusion ofmitochondrial outer membrane. But in recent years, many studies on these two proteins show that they are involved in many important cellular physiological processes including proliferation, apoptosis, necrosis and regulation of respiratory function and oxidative metabolism. There are many aspects of the influence of Mfnl and Mfn2 on cardiomyocyte, which have not been thoroughly studied yet, sometimes with even contradictory conclusions. But these two proteins definitely have significant impact on the growth, development and physiological fimction of cardiomyocyte. To investigate the function and mechanism of Mfnl and Mfn2 in various physiological processes of cardiomyocyte is of great significance for in vitro studies of physiological functions of cardiomyocyte and technological development of myocardial tissue engineering and transplantation in vivo. This article mainly focuses on recent research progress of the influence of Mfnl and Mfn2 on various physiological functions of cardiomyocyte.
