胰腺回声增强的临床意义

Clinical Significance of the Pancreas Echoenhance

目的 探讨胰腺回声对某些常见病诊断的临床意义。方法 总结 74例胰腺回声增强病人的血糖、血脂值及高血压、脂肪肝的发生情况 ,与 72例胰腺回声正常人的相应指标对比。结果 74例胰腺回声增强者的血糖、血脂均明显高于胰腺回声正常者 (P <0 0 0 1) ,高血压、脂肪肝的发生率明显增高。结论 胰腺回声增强可作为高血糖、高血脂、高血压患者的声像图特征之一 ,可作为临床了解该类病人内脏脂肪浸润情况的可靠依据。

Purpose To study clinical significance of the pancreas echoenhance for diagnoses of the diseases. Methods Sum up situation of the blood sugar,blood lipids and hypertension and fatty liver on the 74 cases with the pancreas echoenhance,then contrast with 72 cases with pancreas echonomal. Results 74 cases with pancreas echoenhance whose value of the blood sugar,blood lipids are distinctly higher than 72 cases with pancreas echonormal,Occur rate of the fatty liver and hypertension is obviously higher than Latter. Conclusion Pancreas echoenhance that is may reason to one of ultrasonography feature of the high blood sugar,high blood lipids,and hypertensin,that is a reliable basis for the clinic judge patient situation what the organs was infiltrated by fatty.
