Design and application of tables and figures in a systematic review

流程图用以记录系统综述文献检索和筛选的过程及结果;纳入及排除文献特征表、偏倚风险评估表能总结归纳与干预措施特征和方法学质量相关条目的重要信息;干预措施效应评估表及主要结局总结表总结了单一研究及汇总的主要结局指标效应值大小及方向;中药组分分析表总结了以中药为干预措施的各研究用药的成分及剂量;穴位选择分析表归纳了以针刺为干预措施的各研究穴位选择的情况;评价中药或针刺疗效的随机对照试验的报告质量分别可以通过草药CONSORT声明和STRICTA规范清单来评价。另外,不良事件总结表可以用来总结干预措施可能的副作用,以及干预组与对照组不良事件发生率的比较结果。

Flow charts are used to record the process and results of retrieving and screening systematic review literature. The table of included-excluded trial characteristics and table of bias risk assessment can sum up the important information of items related to the features of interventions and methodological quality. The table of intervention effect assessment and table of main outcome summar/zation can sum up the size and direction of effective values of major outcome indexes in single or gathered trials. The table of Chinese medicinal component analysis can sum up the constituents and dosages in the studies taken Chinese medicinal as intervention. The table of acupoint selection analysis can sum up the selection of acupoints in the studies taken acupuncture as intervention. The report quality of randomized controlled trials for reviewing the curative effect of Chinese medicinal or acupuncture can be reviewed by using the checklist of the herbal CONSORT statement and STRICTA checklist. Furthermore, the table of adverse event summarization can be used for summing up the possible side effects of interventions and comparison results of occurrence rate of adverse events between intervention group and control group.
