珠江口西岸地区致病性猪链球菌的分离鉴定与血清型分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查珠江口西岸地区致病性猪链球菌血清型的分布情况。方法从调查地21个猪场内疑似病猪中采集标本,进行细菌分离培养,对疑似猪链球菌阳性的168个菌株以多重PCR方法鉴定血清型。结果检测到61株致病性猪链球菌,分布于12个区县,其中2型19株,1型3株,7型2株,阳性率分别为31%、4.9%、3.3%。结论珠江口西岸地区猪链球菌流行广泛,并以2型流行为主,兼有1型和7型。存在较大的动物疫病和公共卫生风险。 To investigate four major serotypes of pathogenic Streptococcus suis in the west coast of Pearl River Estuary, we process a risk evaluation of epidemiology. Tissue samples of suspected pigs infected with Streptococcus suis were collected from 21 scaled pig-farms in the west coast of Pearl River Estuary and nearby, and bacterial isolation and cultivation were conducted; 168 suspected Streptococcus suis positive strains were conducted for multiple PCR method for the identification and serotype analysis. Results showed that 61 strains of pathogenic Streptococcus suis were identified, including 19 strains of type II, 3 strains of type I, and 2 strains of type VII, while type IX was not detected. The positive rates were 31%, 4.9%, 3.3%, and 0, respectively. It's indicated that Streptococcus suis is widely spread in the west coast of Pearl River Estuary with the domina ting serotype of type II, which is a significant risk to animal epidemic prevention and public health.
