多发性骨髓瘤的影像诊断(附84例报告)

Imaging Diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma (A Repotr of 84 Cases)

目的 研究多发性骨髓瘤的影像表现及其诊断价值。方法 分析 84例多发生性骨髓瘤的影像表现。所有病人均摄X线照片 ,2 2例CT和 10例脊椎MRI。结果 在X线片上 ,12例正常 ,4例骨质疏松 ,6 8例骨质破坏 ,2 3例伴软组织肿块。CT示 10 0 %均有骨破坏 ,8例伴软组织肿块。 10例脊椎MRI均示病变呈长T1、长T2 信号。弥漫型 3例 ,灶型 2例 ,弥漫加灶型 3例 ,“盐和胡椒”型 2例。 2例增强后示病变和增厚的硬脊膜增强。结论 多发性骨髓瘤有一定的影像表现特点和诊断价值。MRI特别是对脊椎病变优于X线平片和CT。

Objective To study the imaging features and value of diagnosis in multiple myeloma. Methods The imaging features of 84 cases with multiple myeloma were analyzed.All cases were examined by radiography,22 cases CT and 10 cases MRI. Results On X\|ray films 12 cases were normal,4 cases osteoporosis,68 cases bony destroy with soft tissue mass in 23 cases. On CT 100% had osteolytic lesions with a soft tissue mass in 8 cases. On MRI of the spine 10 cases had long T 1,long T 2 signal intense,with 3 diffuse,2 focal,3 diffuse and 2“salt and pepper” pattern.On contrast\|enhanced in 2 cases the lesions and thickened dura mater were enhanced. Conclusion Multiple myeloma has some specific imaging features and value of diagnosis,but MRI particularly in spine is superior to CT and radiography. [
