金龙定喘合剂联合呼吸导引操治疗肺肾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期随机平行对照研究

Clinical Observation of Jin-Long-Ding-Chuan-He-Ji And Breathing-Tao Yin In Treating Lung-kidney Deficiency of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With A Controlled Study

[目的]观察金龙定喘合剂联合呼吸导引治疗肺肾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组,对照组30例舒利迭,l吸/次,2次/d,治疗组30例①金龙定喘合剂,50mL/次,3次/d;②呼吸导引操,20min/次,2次/d,连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医证候积分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制6例,显效17例,有效7例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组临床控制2例,显效8例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率76.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]金龙定喘合剂联合呼吸导引治疗肺肾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期疗效满意。

[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Jin-Long-Ding-Chuan-He-Ji And Breathing -Tao Yin In Treating Lung and kidney Deficiency Of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. [ Methods 60 COPD patients were randomized into two groups ： treatment group （ N=30 ） and control group （ N=30 ） , The patients in control group were treated by Seretide, 1 spray / time, 2 times / day ; The patients in treatment group were treated by Jin-Long-Ding-Chuan-He-Ji, （!）50ml/time, 3 times/day, （~）Breathing-Tao Yin 20 min/ time, 2 times/day, the course of treatment is 3 months. The main observation clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome integral, adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment to determinate of curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 6 cases were cured, 17 cases markedly effective, effective 7cases, invalid 0 cases, the total efficiency is 100%. The control group 2cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, effective 13 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency is 76.7%. The treatment group were better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The effice of Jin-Long-Ding-Chuan-He-Ji and Breathing-Tao Yin in treating Lung and kidney Deficiency of stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease was satisfied.
