摘要
肿瘤转移是极其复杂的、非随机的多步骤病理过程,涉及肿瘤细胞运动迁移、粘附、侵袭、生长、新血管生成、特异性转移器官的归巢和免疫逃逸关键步骤。转移肿瘤干细胞在这一过程中扮演着一个重要角色,与其所处微环境相互作用贯穿肿瘤转移始末。肿瘤脏器转移机制有"解剖和机械"及"种子和土壤"2种学说。肿瘤脏器转移亦与肿瘤自身生长速度、间质细胞转化及肿瘤抑制性免疫微环境相关。未来期待将SDF-1/CXCR4生物学轴进行关联研究,结合中医脏腑辨证、药物归经理论,形成新思路,从中药抑制VEGF表达、阻断EMT、改善肿瘤抑制性免疫微环等方面展开。
Tumor metastasis is an extremely complex,nonrandom multi-step pathological process,related to tumor cell movement and migration,adhesion,invasion,growth,angiogenesis,the homing of specific organ metastasis,immune escape. Metastasis of tumor stem ceils plays an important role in this process,and the interaction with the micro environment accesses through tumor metasasis. The 2 doctrines "anatomy and mechanism"and "seed and soil" are acceptable to explain the mechanism.Tumor metastasis is also associated with tumor growth speed,transformation of mesenchymal cells,tumor cell immunosuppressive microenvironment. It's expected to study SDF-1/CXCR4 biological axis conbined with TCM viscera differentiation theory and TCM channel tropism theory in the future.A new idea might be formated,described around the following fundamental aspects:inhibition the expression of VEGF by TCM,EMT blocking-up,improvement of tumor cell immunosuppressive microenvironment.
