益气活血化湿通络汤联合西药治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

Clinical Observation of Yiqihuoxuehuashitongluotang Combined Westen Drug for Treatment of Chr-onic Congestive Heart Failure

[目的]观察益气活血化湿通络汤联合西药治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组50例西药常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组50例益气活血化湿通络汤(黄芪30g,白术、茯苓、何首乌、丹参、三七各15g,炙甘草、猪苓、泽泻、瓜蒌皮各10g),200mL/d,1袋/次,2次/d,早、晚餐后服用,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测症状、体征、心功能变化、超声心动图、血尿常规、血电解质、肝肾功能变化、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效27例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效8例,有效32例,无效10例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心功能、心律、血压指标改善治疗组治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益气活血化湿通络汤联合西药治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效满意。

[ Ojective ] To observe the clinical effects of Yiqihuoxuehuashitongluotang Combined westen drug for the treatment chronic congestive heart failure （ CHF ） . [ Methods ] One hundred CHF patients were randomly into 2 groups. The control group had 50 cases and was treated with routine medicines for heart failure such cardiac, diuretic, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor （ ACEI ） and drugs for eliminating the cause of disease. The treatment group had 50 cases and received Yiqihuoxuehuashitongluotang based on the routine treatment.The periods of treatment for the 2groups were 8 weeks.druing the treatment, we observed and recordedcarefully thesymptoms and signs blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac function degree.The indexes of Doppler coior echocardiogram such as left ventricular end-systolic volume （ LVESV ）, left ventricular end- diastolic volume （ LVEDV ）, left ventricular ejection （ LVEF ）, cardiac output （ CO ）, and cardiac index （ CI ） were measured. [ Results ] The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%, with was higher than 80.0% in the control group , and the difference was significant between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .After treatment, the value of LVEF, SV, CO and CI were all obviously improved （P-〈0.01 compared with those before treatment ） .Systolic blood pressure （ SBP ）, diastolic blood pressure （ DBP ） and heart rate （ HR ） were all improved in both groups （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yiqihuoxuehuashitongluotang combined westen drug has certain effect for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.
