天麻钩藤汤联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型高血压随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study on TianMa GouTeng Decoction in Treating Hypertension of Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Pattern

[目的]观察天麻钩藤汤联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组15例依那普利片5~10mg/次,1次/d,Ⅱ~Ⅲ级高血压患者可联合使用2~3种降压药,患有高血糖、高血脂者可加用降糖降脂药物,治疗组15例天麻钩藤汤（茵陈12g,菊花30g,泽泻12g,生地30g,钩藤30g,龙胆草12g,山栀l2g,石决明30g,白芍12g,夜交藤12g,天麻12g,黄芩9g）,1剂/d,水煎350mL,早晚口服,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率86.67%。对照组显效7例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。血压改善治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]天麻钩藤汤联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效满意。

[ Objective ] To study the effect of modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with western medicine on treating Hypertension of Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Pattern. [ Method ~ Using randomized controlled methods, 30 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 15 cases in the control group, Enalapril 5 - 10mg po qd, grade II -III hypertension can be used 2 to 3 kinds of antihypertensive drugs to control the disease, at the same time with high blood sugar or high blood fat can be given with hypoglycemic or lipid-lowering drugs, 15 cases in the treatment group were given modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction （ artemisia scoparia 12g, Flos Chrysanthemi 30g, Rhizoma Alismatis 12g, Rehmannia Dride Rhizome 30g, Uncaria Rhynchophylla 30g, Radix Gentianae 12g, Frnctus Gradeniae 12g, Concha Haliotidis 30g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 12g, Caulis Polyoni Multiflori 12g, Rhizoma Gastrodiae 12g , Radix Seutellariae Baicalensis 9g ）, 1 agent / d, Water frying 35OraL, take the decoction twice a day, western medicine treatments are the same as control group, One course of treatment was 2 weeks, observe the changes of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions, clinical effects were observed after two course of treatment~ Result ] The treatment group showed 12 markedly effective cases, 2 improved cases and 1 ineffective ease, the total effective rate reaching 93.33%, When come to control group, the dates were 7, 3, 5 respectively, and the total effective rate was 66.67%. [ Conclusion ] This indicates that modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with western medicine has better curative effect for treating Hypertension of Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Pattern.
