颅息穴位注射2%利多卡因联合西药治疗神经性耳鸣随机平行对照研究

Luxi Xue Injection of 2% Lidocaine Combined With Western Medicine Treatment of Neurogenic Tinnitus Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察颅息穴位注射2%利多卡因联合西药治疗神经性耳鸣疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组,对照组40例①奥拉西坦注射液2g+0.9%氯化钠注射液100mL,静滴。②舒血宁注射液20mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL,静滴,治疗组40例2%利多卡因1mL颅息穴穴位注射,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组有效36例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组有效28例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]颅息穴位注射2%利多卡因联合西药治疗神经性耳鸣疗效满意,简便易行,安全无副作用。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the curative effect of injection 2%Lidocaine to Luxi combined with western medicine for nerve tinnitus. [ Method ] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of nervous tinnitus patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 40 cases.（1）Oxiracetam injection 2g ＋0.9%sodium chloride injection 100ml, Intravenous drug delivery.（2）Shuxuening injection 20mL＋0.9%sodium chloride injection 250mL, Intravenous drug delivery. Observation group 40 cases using injection of 1 mL of 2% lidocaine to the Luxi xue, Western medicine treatment the same with the control group, 5 days for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Result ] Observation group effective 36 cases, 4 cases were invalid, effective rate was 90%, control group effective 28 cases, 12 cases were invalid, effective rate was 70%, The curative effect of observation group was higher than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Luxi xue injection of 2% Lidocaine combined with western medicine treatment of neurogenic tinnitus have satisfactory result, and easy, safe, non- toxic side effects.
