中药灌肠联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

Enema Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

[目的]观察中药灌肠联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将78例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组39例柳氮磺吡啶1g/次,3次/d,症状改善后,逐渐减量至0.5g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组39例中药灌肠治疗(白头翁30g,黄连8g,败酱草、黄柏9g,黄芪12g,党参13g,陈皮9g,甘草6g),水煎取汁160mL,液体温度40℃左右,1次/d,不少于30min,保留灌肠前排空大小便。西药治疗同对照组。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效20例,无效1例,总有效率97.44%;对照组显著有效9例,有效22例,无效8例,总有效率79.49%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药灌肠联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,值得推广。

Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] enema combined with western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis, the effect is significant, should be popularized.
