桑白皮汤联合西药治疗成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征随机平行对照研究

Sang Baipi Soup Combined with Western Treatment of Adult Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察桑白皮汤联合西药治疗成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例纠正电解质平衡,利尿;地塞米松30~50mg/d。治疗组36例桑白皮汤（瓜蒌、黄芩、半夏、山栀、贝母、茜草各12g,白茅根30g,苍耳子12g,山慈菇15g,山豆根12g,臭牡丹30g）,1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚各一次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈24例,明显好转9例,死亡3例,总有效率91.67%。对照组痊愈19例,明显好转12例,死亡9例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]桑白皮汤联合西药治疗成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] Using randomized controlled method, 76 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group, 40 cases of correction of electrolyte balance, supplementary diuretics, dexamethasone 30 - 50mg / d.Morns alba treatment group 36 cases Sang Baipi Soup （ Guawei, Huangqin, Banxia, Shanzhi, Beimu, Qiancao each 12g, Baimaogen 30g, Cangerzi 12g, Shancigu 15g, Shandougen 12g, Choumudan 30g ）, 1 does/d, decoction 300mL, morning and evening. Western medicine with the control group. 14d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 24 cases, significant improvement in 9 cases, 3 deaths, total efficiency of 91.67%. Cured 19 cases of the control group was significantly improved in 12 cases, 9 deaths, the total efficiency 72.50%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Sang Baipi Soup combined with Western treatment of adult acute respiratory distress syndrome, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
