中药热敷联合推拿针灸治疗肩周炎60例临床观察

Herbal Compress Massage Acupuncture Treatment of Frozen Shoulder Joint in 60 Patients

[目的]观察中药热敷联合推拿针灸治疗肩周炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对60例门诊患者使用中药(草乌6g,赤芍、川牛膝、当归、独活各20g,海桐皮、红花、羌活、伸筋草、透骨草、威灵仙各10g)袋装,用清水煮沸15min,蒸热药袋,热敷30min;推拿15min;针刺:取肩髃、臂臑、手三里及阿是穴,刺入后行平补平泻法,得气后留针20min。1次/d,连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肩关节功能、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈37例(62%,37/60),显效23例(38%,23/60),无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]中药热敷联合推拿针灸治疗肩周炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, shoulder function, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] cured 37 cases （ 62%, 37/60 ）, effective in 23 cases （ 38%, 23/60 ）, invalid 0 cases, the total efficiency of 100%. [ Conclusion ] Herbal Compress Massage Acupuncture treatment of frozen shoulder joint, the results were satisfactory, no side effects, is worth promoting.
