摘要
丹参在心血管疾病领域应用十分广泛,现代药理研究其具有内皮修复作用、抗血小板抗凝、扩张冠脉,改善微循环作用、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎、保护受损心肌、抗心律失常、调节脂质代谢等作用,以指出丹参是用于中药涂层支架,预防PCI术后狭窄的不二之选。
For the selection of single herbs for traditional Chinese medicine-eluting stent restenosis prevention after PCI, recalling the Salvia modern pharmacological research, summarize the endothelial repair, anti-platelet anticoagulant, expansion of coronary, improve microcirculation, anti-atherosclerosis hardening, anti-inflammatory, to protect the damaged myocardium, antiarrhythmic, regulating lipid metabolism and the role, to indicate that the choice Salvia used in Chinese medicine-coated stents, prevention of stenosis after PCI.
