摘要
目的通过分析江阴市近年来职业性化学性眼灼伤及皮肤灼伤的新发病例,为制定职业病危害防护措施提供科学依据。方法对辖区内2005—2012年已诊断的职业性化学性眼灼伤及皮肤灼伤病例档案进行统计分析。结果 110例新发职业性化学性眼灼伤、皮肤灼伤病例均为急性损伤,其中职业性化学性眼灼伤伴职业性化学性皮肤灼伤7例;特重度职业性化学性皮肤灼伤1例,占0.91%;行业以化工居多,占37.86%;接害工龄以0～1 a居多,占29.13%。结论相应的安全教育和防护培训,工作中严格执行安全操作规程,可有效地预防职业性化学性灼伤事故的发生。
[ Objective ] To analyze the new cases of occupational chemical eye burns and skin burns in Jiangyin City in recent years, provide the scientific basis for developing the occupational hazards protective measures. [ Methods] The data of local new cases of occupational chemical eye bums and skin bums, which were diagnosed from 2005-2012, were analyzed statistically. [ Results] All 110 new cases of occupational chemical eye bums and skin burns were acute injury. There were 7 cases of occupational chemical eye burns complicated with occupational chemical skin bums. 1 case was extremely severe.＇？ occupational chemical skin burn. 37. 86% of case occurred in chemical industry, and 29.13% of accidents happened in workers with the working age of 0-1 year. [ Conclusion]The relevant safety education and protection training~ as well as strict rules of safe operation can effectively prevent the occupational chemical bums.
