摘要
目的对某煤矿年产90×104t煤建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,旨在进一步预防、控制和消除该项目产生的职业病危害。方法依据相关法律、规范和标准,对该项目进行现场调查、工程分析、资料收集及职业病危害因素现场检测,在此基础上进行评价。结果在放炮1 h后有毒物质短时间接触浓度(STEL)检测结果:一氧化碳为30 mg/m3,二氧化硫为10 mg/m3,二氧化氮为10 mg/m3,硫化氢为10 mg/m3,均符合国家职业接触限值要求;对接触粉尘的岗位工人进行了总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘8 h加权平均浓度和接尘岗位粉尘超限倍数的检测,7名岗位工人总粉尘、5名岗位工人呼吸性粉尘的8 h加权平均浓度和10个接触总粉尘岗位、6个接触呼吸性粉尘的岗位超过国家职业接触限值的要求,其余工种8 h加权平均浓度和接尘岗位的粉尘超限倍数均符合国家职业接触限值的要求;对15个工种的噪声强度进行测量,其中有10个工种的8 h等效声级符合国家职业接触限值的要求,5个工种8 h等效声级不符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论该项目在设计、施工、运行中遵循了国家关于建设项目职业病防护实施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产的要求,采取综合控制粉尘、毒物、噪声等职业危害的防护措施。项目中存在的职业病危害因素基本能够控制,但需要加强部分工作场所煤尘和噪声的控制措施。
[ Objective ] To carry out the effect evaluation of occupational hazards control of construction project with annual output of 900 000 tons in a coal mine, to further prevent, control and eliminate the occupational hazards in this project. [ Methods] Accord- ing to related laws, regulations and standards, the field investigation, project analysis, data collection and field detection of occupa- tional hazards were performed, while the results were evaluated. [ Results ] The results of short term exposure limit { STEL) of toxic substances 1 hour after blasting were listed as followed : carbon monoxide was 30 mg/m3 , sulfur dioxide was 10 mg/m3 ! nitrogen dioxide was 10 mg/m3 , and hydrogen sulfide was 10 mg/m3 , which all reached the national standards. The workers exposed to dust received the detection of total dust concentration, 8-hour time-weighed average concentration of respirable dust1 and excessive a- mount of dust. The total dust concentration of 7 workers, 8-hour time-weighed average concentration of respirable dust of 5 workers, as well as 10 posts exposed to total dust and 6 posts exposed to respirable dust exceeded the national standards. 8-hour time- weighed average concentration and excessive amount of dust in other work types and posts met the national occupational limits. The noise intensity of 15 work types were tested, and 8-hour equivalent sound level of 10 work types reached the national standards, while that of rest 5 work types did not accord with the national occupational limits. [ Conclusion ] The design, construction and oper- ation of this project have adhered to the national requirements that the design, construction and operation of occupational prevention measures should implement with main project simultaneously, and the comprehensive prevention measures for controlling the dust, toxicants and noise have been conducted. The occupational hazards in construction project ean be controlled basically. However, the prevention measures of dust and noise should be strengthened in some workplaees.
