摘要
目的了解和掌握长治市某水泥有限公司水泥粉磨生产线通过技术改造后职业病危害风险水平,为企业职业卫生管理提供技术支撑。方法依据国家有关职业卫生法律、法规和技术规范、标准等对检测结果进行统计分析。结果经技术改造工程后,作业场所空气中水泥粉磨总粉尘时间加权平均浓度波动在0.25~0.87 mg/m3,呼吸性粉尘时间加权平均浓度为0.12~0.41 mg/m3,设备产生的噪声强度为70.5~92.0 dB(A)。结论参照《建设项目职业病危害风险分类管理目录(2012版)》,该水泥有限公司划归职业病危害风险分类管理严重企业,需加强重点监管,维护职工健康合法权益。
[ Objective] To understand and master the occupational hazard level of cement grinding production line after the technical transformation in a cement company of Changzhi City, provide technical support for the occupational health management in enterpri- ses. [ Methods] The detection resuhs were statistically analyzed on the basis of the related national occupational health laws, regula- tions, technical standard and criterion. [ Results ] After technical transformation, time weighted average concentration of the total ce- ment dust in the air of workplace fluctuated between 0.25 mg/m3 and 0.87 mg/m3 , time weighted average concentration of respira- ble dust was 0.12- 0.41 mg/m3, and the noise intensity caused by equipments was 70.5-92.0 dB( A}. [ Conclusion] Referring to the Classified Management Catalogue of Occupational Hazard Risks in Construction Project ( 2012 ) , this cement company is catego- rized as high-risk enterprise for occupational hazard management, so the supervision should be strengthened to protect the legal health rights of workers.
