摘要
非酒精性脂肪肝的基本病机为肝郁脾虚湿聚,临床宜采用疏肝健脾化浊法、兼补肾化瘀,并探讨中医药作用的机制。
The basic pathogenesis of nonalchoholic fatty liver diseases is liver depression, spleen deficiency and turbidity, and its treatment lies in soothing liver nourishing spleen and resolving turbidity, and enriching kidney and promoting blood circulation. The action mechanisms of Chinese medicines are studied.
