小型喷雾器对医院物体表面喷洒消毒效果观察

OBSERVATION ON THE DISINFECTION EFFECT OF SPRAY WITH SMALL SPRAYER ON SURFACE OF HOSPITAL OBJECT

目的观察小型喷雾器(喷壶)对医院物体表面的消毒效果。方法通过现场消毒试验方法,对小型喷雾器喷洒医院物体表面的消毒效果进行评价。结果将有效氯浓度为500 mg/L的含氯消毒剂水溶液装入小型喷雾器内直接对医院使用的床头柜、操作台等物体表面喷洒至湿润,作用10 min后用干净擦巾擦干。对消毒后物体表面采样检测310份,合格275份,平均合格率为88.71%。将小型喷雾器装入消毒液放置于清洁车上,根据需要进行喷洒消毒,消毒执行率达到89.4%。结论使用小型喷雾器(喷壶)喷洒消毒医院物体表面,提高了消毒依从率,确保了消毒效果。

Objective To study the disinfection effect on the surface of the hospital object with small sprayer（watering can）.Methods The on site disinfectant experiment was used to evaluate the disinfection effect of the surface of the hospital object with small sprayer.Results The disinfectant containing the available chlorine 500 mg / L was put into the small sprayer.With the small spray,the surface of the bed stands and operating floors of the hospital were sprayed directly to wet.The disinfectant remained on the surface for 10 minutes,and then was removed by a clear towel.310 samples smeared from the surface after disinfection were examined,and 275 samples were up to standard.The average pass rate was 88.71%.By fixing the small sprayer with disinfectant to the cleaning cart,and making spray disinfection when it was needed,the implement rate of disinfection could be improved to 89.4%.Conclusion It can improve the compliableness rate of disinfection and can ensure the disinfection effect by using the small sprayer（watering can） to disinfect the surface of the hospital object.
