摘要
目的了解公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况。方法通过直接采集空调系统积尘和冷凝水作细菌检测,对吉林省30家公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染进行了监测。结果 30家公共场所集中空调通风系统共150个送风口,送风中细菌总数超标率为18.00%,真菌总数超标率为10.67%,β溶血性链球菌等致病菌未检出。所有风管内表面积尘中,细菌总数和真菌数均不超标。共采集27份冷却水,嗜肺军团菌检出率为33.33%;共采集29份冷凝水,嗜肺军团菌的检出率为10.34%。结论吉林省公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,应加强集中空调通风系统各环节的清洁和消毒工作。
Objective To understand the microbiological contamination of central air-conditioning ventilation systems in public places.Methods The 30 systems in Jilin province were chosen to detect microbe through collecting and testing inner surface dust and condensate water.Results The unqualified rate of total bacteria in the air of the 150 ventilation pipes in 30 public places was 18.00%,the unqualified rate of total fungi was 10.67%,and β-hemolytic Streptococcus was not found.The total bacteria and total fungi in the inner surface dust of the ventilation pipes was both qualified,and β-hemolytic Streptococcus was not found.The detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in 27 cooling water was 33.33%(9 /27),and the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in 29 condensate water was 10.34%(3 /29).Conclusion Microbiological contamination existed in central air-conditioning ventilation systems in public places of Jilin province.We should strengthen further cleaning and disinfection.
