儿科住院患儿医院感染情况调查

INVESTIGATION ON HOSPITAL INFECTION SITUATION OF PEDIATRICS INPATIENTS

目的了解儿科住院患儿医院感染现状,探讨控制医院感染的措施。方法用回顾性调查方法,对某医院儿科2009-2011年期间6 372例住院患儿医院感染发生状况进行了调查。结果该医院儿科连续3年住院患儿中发生医院感染87例,感染发生率为1.37%,总体呈逐年下降趋势。患儿医院感染发生部位居首位的是上呼吸道感染,其次是消化道感染。结论该医院儿科住院患儿医院感染发生率较低,且呈逐年降低趋势,以上呼吸道感染较突出。

Objective To know the hospital infection status of pediatrics inpatients and explore the hospital infection control measurements.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to investigate the hospital infections of 6 372 cases of pediatrics inpatients in the hospital from 2009 to 2011.Results There were 87 cases of hospitalized children had hospital infection in the consecutive three years,the infection rate was 1.37%.And the overall infection rate decreased year by year.The most infection site was upper respiratory tract infection,followed by gastrointestinal infections.Conclusion The hospital＇s pediatric inpatient had a low incidence of hospital infection,and was gradually decreased by year,and upper respiratory tract infections was serious.
