血液透析室消毒质量和卫生学监测

MONITORING OF HYGIENICS AND DISINFECTION QUALITY IN HEMODIALYSIS DEPARTMENT

目的了解天津市医疗机构血液透析室环境卫生学情况和消毒质量,加强血液透析过程医院感染管理。方法通过现场采样和细菌检验技术,对天津市部分医疗机构血液透析室进行现场采样和检测评价。结果天津市医疗机构血液透析室物体表面和室内空气卫生质量合格率分别为90.24%和78.05%,医务人员手消毒合格率为82.93%,透析用水卫生质量全部合格。结论天津市医疗机构血液透析室环境卫生质量整体较好,室内空气和医务人员手卫生有待进一步加强管理。

Objective To know the environmental hygiene situation and the disinfection quality in hemodialysis department of Tianjin medical institutions and to enhance the management of cross infection during hemodialysis.Methods The spot sampling method and bacterial examination were used to monitor disinfection quality in hemodialysis department of Tianjin medical institutions.Results The overall eligible rate in hemodialysis department of Tianjin medical institutions was 68%.The eligible rates of various monitoring samples were as followed： object surface 90.24%,indoor air 78.05%,medical personnel＇s hands 82.93%,water for hemodialysis 100%.Conclusion The environmental hygiene situation in hemodialysis department of Tianjin medical institutions is good on the whole.The hygiene quality of indoor air and medical personnel＇s hands should be paid more attention and be improved.
