民营医院护士对护理不良事件上报意向的调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and analysis of intention reporting adverse events among private hospital nurses and the influencing factors

目的:了解江苏省某地区民营医院护士对护理不良事件的上报意向及其影响因素,为完善护理不良事件报告系统提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对6所民营医院601名护士进行护理不良事件上报情况的调查。结果:随着1至4级护理不良事件严重程度的增加,护士的上报意向也随之提高;不同年龄段、工作年限、学历、职称、职务及是否为倒夜班护士之间上报意向差异无统计学意义。结论:民营医院护士对护理不良事件上报意向正向;担心受到惩罚仍是影响上报的主要原因;规范护理不良事件的报告系统,建立非惩罚性报告制度,营造"安全文化"氛围,能促进护士对护理不良事件的上报。

Objective： To investigate intention of reporting adverse events and its influencing factors among private hospital nurses in a region of Jiangsu province,and provide the evidence to improve nursing adverse events reporting system.Methods： A cross-sectional design was adopted,using a self-designed questionnaire survey of 601 nurses.Results： With the increase of severity level 1 to 4 events,reporting intention of nurses increased;Nurses of different age,working age,education,job titles,positions and shifts had no significant difference of reporting intention.Conclusion： The intention of reporting adverse events among private hospital nurses are positive.Fear of punishment is still the main dederring reason.Specification of adverse events reporting system,building a non-punitive reporting system,creating a ＂security culture＂atmosphere can encourage nurses to report adverse events.
