干地黄对胃粘膜的快速保护作用及其机制 被引量:14

Immediate Protective Effects and Its Mechanisms of the Dry Radix Rehmanniae on Gastric Mucosa

摘要 目的 :探讨干地黄对胃粘膜的快速保护作用及其机制。方法 :对干地黄抗无水乙醇性胃粘膜损伤作用的时间 -效应关系进行分析研究。结果 :1分别提前 12 0、30、15和 1min胃饲干地黄煎剂 6 g/ kg,均显著抑制大鼠胃粘膜损伤 ,抑制率依次为 5 7.1%、89.3%、95 .9%和 76 .4% ;2提前 1min胃饲干地黄提取物 A6 g/ kg,对胃粘膜损伤的抑制率为 74.7% ;3分别用 10 0、40 0和 80 0 g/ L 的辣椒煎剂预处理大鼠 ,提取物 A的胃粘膜保护作用随着辣椒煎剂浓度的增大明显减弱直至消失。结论 :干地黄对胃粘膜有快速保护作用 ,其机制可能与胃粘膜内辣椒辣素敏感神经元的传入冲动增多有关。 Objective:TO investigate the protective effects and its mechanism of the dry Radix Rehmanniae on gastric mucosa.Methods:The time effect relationship of prevention of the dry Radix Rehmanniae(DRR) against gastric mucosal damage induced by absolute ethanol was studied to discover the initial acting time and its mechanism. Results:The results were as follows: ①The 6 g/kg decoction of DRR, which was administered orally in advance of 120 min, 30 min, 15 min and l min respectively, inhibited markedly the gastric mucosa damage and the inhibitory rate was 57.1%、89.3%、 95.9% and 76.4% in turn.②The 6 g/kg extract A of DRR,which was administered orally in advance of l min,inhibited markedly the gastric mucosal damage too.The inhibitory rate was 74.7%.③Pretreatment with the 100 g/L,400 g/L and 800 g/L decoction of chilli (dried fruit of capsicum) to rats respectively,the protective effects of extract A on gastric mucosa were reduced gradually to nil.Conclusion: These results suggest that the DRR possesses the immediate protective effect on gastric mucosa.The mechanism of it may be mediated by increasing afferent impulses of capsaicin sensitive neurons in gastric mucosa.
