摘要
从在线监测和状态检修的技术及管理优化和改进角度出发,结合某展馆现场运行维护情况,对GIS局部放电在线监测诊断、设备红外检测与诊断两方面的原理、技术特点及应用进行了分析和研究,对大型变压器、GIS开关等重要设备的在线监测与诊断进行了实例分析。本课题的研究优化了某展馆的检修管理模式,提高了设备运行的安全性和可靠性,降低了维护成本。
Starting from the technology and management optimization and improvement of on-line monitor and condition-base maintenance ( CBM ) , combining with the exhibition actual operation and maintenance experience, the principles, technical characteristic, and application of partial discharge (PD) of GIS, infrared detection and diagnosis were analyzed and researched. Through large transformers, GIS switching and other important equipment on-line monitoring and diagnosis, a practical case was studied. The resuh shows that the power equipment maintenance management model of the exhibition is optimized, and equipments operation security and reliability are enhanced. And the maintenance expenses is reduced.
