2种径路中心静脉穿刺置管在血液透析中并发症比较 被引量:1

摘要 血液透析的重要前提是血管通路,稳定而可靠的血管通路是治疗的保证,中心静脉置管是建立血液透析临时血管通路的方法之一,中心静脉穿刺置管术具有操作简单、风险小、并发症少、血流充足等特点[1],对于永久性血管通路尚未建立或瘘管闭塞的患者来说,常以中心静脉导管作为临时血管通路进行紧急或短期血液透析。中心静脉置管途径包括:颈内静脉穿刺,股静脉穿刺。
