健康体检中恶性肿瘤检出情况分析

Analysis of cancer incidence among 89906 person-times physical examination

目的 了解恶性肿瘤在健康人群中的发病特点,为肿瘤防治和健康指导提供可靠的依据.方法 对2009年9月至2011年9月在内蒙古医科大学第一附属医院进行健康体检的89906例中的恶性肿瘤发病情况进行调查分析.结果 共查出恶性肿瘤患者113例,检出率为1.3％；肺癌的发病率最高,占33.6％,其次为甲状腺癌,占14.2％.结论 健康体检有助于恶性肿瘤的早期发现.甲状腺应作为重点检查内容之一.中老年人应作为重要检查人群.

Objective To reveal the characterrztics of cancer incidence in subjects of routine physical exami- nation in Huhehot, and provide a reliable basis for cancer prevention and health guidance. Methods The medical da- ta of cancer incidence were analyzed in the first affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical from September 2009 to September 2011. Results A total of 113 patients with malignant tumors were found, with the detection rate of 1.3 %. The incidence of lung cancer was the highest （ 33.6% ）, followed by the incidence of Thyroid cancer （ 14.2% ）. Conclusion Routine medical examination is helpful to detect early stage malignant tumors. The thyroid should be de- tected as a priority one in the physical examination;the elderly should be checked as important crowd.
