氯霉素地塞米松眼液临床研究

Clinical study on chloromycine  dexamethasone eyedrops

目的 观察氯霉素地塞米松眼液 (氯地眼液 )临床疗效和毒副作用。方法 随机选择患者 2 10例 32 6只眼。分为氯地组、氯霉素组和诺佳眼液组。每组 70例 ,分别以相应眼液观察临床效果 ,并于用药 1/ 2、1、2、3月时作眼压、肝肾功能及外周血检查。结果 氯地眼液疗效优于其他眼液组 ,无眼压升高及明显的肝肾功能及外周组血的异常改变。结论 氯地眼液抗炎疗效好 ,用药 3月以内安全可靠 ,具有广泛的应用前景。

Objective To observe clinical effection and toxicity of the chloromycine  dexamethasone eyedrops Methods 326 eyes among 210 cases were selected at random,which divide into chloromycine  dexamethasone eyedrops group,chloromycine group and enoxacin eyedrop group with 70 cases for each group.The different eyedrops were used for various groups.The effection of the medicine,eye tension,as well as function of the liver and kidney,along with blood routine were observed during 1/2,1,2,3 months.Results The effection of chloromycine  dexamethasone eyedrops are superior to the other eyedrop groups.The eye tension were not increased and there were no abnormal changes in liver,kidney and blood in human body.Conclusions Chloromycine  Dexamethasone eyedrops is advantage with antibiotic effection and is also available for clinical treatment in eyes within 3 months.
