子宫肌膜中胚层良恶性肿瘤超声鉴别诊断

ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSIS OF MESODERMAL TUMOR OF MYOMETRIUM

目的 :应用B型超声对较罕见的子宫肌膜中胚层恶性肿瘤进行鉴别诊断。方法 :通过对 119例子宫肉瘤和子宫肌瘤良性变患者手术前后诊断对照分析 ,进行超声波声像图回顾性研究。结果 :本组资料超声诊断与病理诊断对照 ,子宫肉瘤超声诊断符合率 82 3% (14/ 17)。子宫肌瘤良性变的诊断符合率为 84 3% (86/ 10 2 )。结论 :采用B型超声对子宫肌膜中胚层肿瘤进行诊断和鉴别诊断 ,同样可以达到既准确又简便、经济。

Objective:To study the feasibility of sonographic diagnosis and differential diagnosis for uterine sarcoma in mesodermal tumor of myometrLMm. Methods:119 patients suffering from uterine sarcoma and hysteromyoma in benign change were retrospectively studied and done the pathological comparison. Results:The accuracy of sonographic diagnosis were 82 3(14/17),84 3%(86/102) respectively for uterine sarcoma and hysteromyoma in benign change. Conclusion:The ultrasonic diagnosis is a simple, accurate and valuable index in distinction between uterine sarcoma and hysteromyoma in benign change.
