摘要
目的 :探讨综合疗法对原发性视网膜脱离的手术效果及并发症。方法 :采用环扎巩膜外垫压及眼内注气等综合疗法。结果 :治疗成功率由 85 %提高到 90 %。结论 :综合疗法治疗原发性视网膜脱离是一种行之有效的方法。
Objective:To investigate the operative effect and its complication of comprehensive treatment for the primary detachment of retina.Methods:Comprehensive treatment,such as:scleral trephining,episcleral compression and intraocular inflation etc have been used for the primary detachment of retina.Results:The successful rate increases from 85% up to 90%.Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment is an effective method for treating the primary detachment of retina.
