摘要
:目的 :预测柴胡挥发油 β-环糊精包合物溶液的有效期。 方法 :采用经典恒温法测定柴胡挥发油与 β-环糊精 (β -CD)包合物溶液在不同温度条件下的浓度变化及反应速度常数。 结果 :柴胡挥发油 β -CD包合物溶液的Arrhenius方程为 :logK =- 40 0 3.2 5 1T + 8.60 10 ,t0 .9为 9.92mo ;柴胡挥发油单体水溶液其方程为 :logK =- 3886 .95 1T + 8.4748,t0 .9为 5 .46mo。结论 :柴胡挥发油 β -CD包合物的t0 .9比其单体提高 81 69%。
Objective:To estimate the t 0.9 value of inclusion complex of chaihu volatile oil with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) in aqueous solution. Methods:The change of concentration and the specific decomposition rate constant of chaihu volatile oil and β-CD inclusion complex in aqueous solution at various elevated temperatures were determined by accelerative tests. Results:The Arrhenius equation of β-CD inclusion complex in solution was logK=-4003.25 ×1/T+8.6010, from which obtained t 0.9 9.92mo;the solution of chaihu volatile oil, logK=-3886.95 ×1/T+8.4748,t 0.9 5 46?mo. Conclusion:The t 0.9 of β-CD inclusion complex was 81.69% higher than the pure Chaihu volatile oil.
