摘要
根据絮凝原理和涡旋运动理论设计制造了管式涡旋絮凝反应器,利用无干扰激光测量系统PLIF和PIV对其内部的浓度场和流场状况进行了测量。结果表明,设置挡板可有效的促进反应器内流体的混合;在各类挡板的作用下,流体在反应器内形成连续的涡旋,且沿径向或轴向的任意两个相邻涡旋的旋向相反,交错分布。
A new type of tube vortex flocculation reactor was designed and manufactured based on the flocculation theory and vortex theory.Concentration field and flow conditions in the reactor were measured by using no interference laser measurement system.The results indicate that the baffles can effectively promote the fluid mixing in the reactor,and the fluid can form a continuous vortex movement under the effect of all kinds of baffles.Any two adjacent vortexes along the radial or axial rotate in opposite direction and staggered distribution.
