化学工业园区公共应急资源应急能力评价研究

Study on Emergency Capability Evaluation of Public Emergency Resources for Chemical Industrial Park

介绍了化学工业园区公共应急资源应急能力评价的基本原理和评价指标,建立了化学工业园区公共应急资源应急能力模糊综合评价模型,并探讨了如何确定化学工业园区公共应急资源应急能力评价指标等级集的方法。用该模型对某市化工园区公共应急资源应急能力进行了评价研究。结果表明,该园区的公共应急资源应急能力评价结果的等级为"一般"。实例证明,该方法为全面了解化学工业园区公共应急资源应急能力提供了理论依据,对化工园区公共应急资源的布置和科学规划具有重要的指导意义。

The fundamental principles and evaluation indicators of the emergency capability evaluation for public emergency resources of the chemical industrial park were introduced,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the public emergency capability was established,and how to determine the grades of the indicators of the emergency capability evaluation of public emergency resources for the park was discussed.By using this model,emergency capability of public emergency resources for the chemical industrial park in a certain city was evaluated and studied.The results show that the grade of the indicators of the park＇s public emergency resources is Grade ＂fair＂.Instances show that this method provides theoretical basis for a comprehensive understanding of the emergency capability evaluation of public emergency resources for the chemical industrial park,as well as important guidance for arrangement and scientific planning of public emergency resources in the chemical park.
