摘要
随着新疆聚氯乙烯行业的崛起,电石项目也得到了迅猛的发展。电石生产的主要原料虽然不属于危险化学品,但其产品电石以及其副产炉气(主要为CO)都属于危险化学品,具有一定的危险性。本文是根据电石生产的主要工艺方案,确定生产中存在的各种危险物料和有害因素,并根据其物性特征及所在区域位置,提出合理的工艺安全措施与建议,达到避免或者减少可能发生的各种生产事故。
Calcium carbide projects have got rapid development with the rising of PVC industry in Xinjiang province.The principal raw materials of calcium carbide projects are not belong to dangerous chemicals,but its product and byproduct burner gas（CO） are all belong to dangerous chemicals,and have certain dangerousness.In this paper,according to the main process program of producing calcium carbide,all kinds of harmful factors and dangerous materials were determined.Based on their physical properties,reasonable safety precautions and suggestions were put forward in order to prevent from or decrease kinds of production accidents.
