摘要
冷态钢板矫直机传动齿轮箱在工作中承受中等冲击载荷,其传动具有低速、大扭矩、高精度、方向可逆、连续工作的特点,同时齿轮箱体内部布置齿轮数量较多,要求整体结构合理,传动效率高,使用可靠性强;而齿轮箱在生产实践中常见的故障起因,如轴承发热烧损,齿面点蚀、胶合甚至断齿均与润滑系统密切相关;故在设计中进行科学合理的润滑参数选择是其安全运行的首要条件,文章结合齿轮箱的技术特性介绍了润滑油参数的计算与选用方法,其中包括润滑方式、润滑油种类、润滑油黏度、润滑油量及润滑油进出口管径参数的确定。
The drive gear box in steel plate cold straightener bears the moderate impact load during working. The driving has the features of slow - speed, high - torque, high precision, reversing and continuous transmission. Meanwhile so many gears are assembled in gear box. For all this reason, the ideal structure, high transmission efficiency, heaw load capacity and long service life are required. While the common faults of gear box for example the bears burning, the gears teeth sur- face pitting corrosion, scuffing failure even broken, usually are relative to the lubrication failure. So correct design and calcu- lation of the lubricating oil data are the priority for safe operation. This paper introduces the way to calculate and design lubrication parameter, including how to design the lubricating style, oil type, oil viscosity, oil flow and the pipe diameter for the lubricating oil transportation according to technical features of gear box.
