电气绝缘油中微量二苄基二硫的测定 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,国内外相继发生了多起新型的变压器故障,产生的原因主要是由于变压器油中潜在的腐蚀性硫二苄基二硫(DBDS)引起的电力设备腐蚀。笔者调查了目前国内外关于变压器油中腐蚀性硫的检测方法,重点对定量检测方法进行了专题研究,主要得出以下结论:气相色谱仪配合ECD检测器可对变压器油中二苄基二硫进行分析,且具有精密度高、重现性好、分析时间短、可操作性强的特点。可为电力行业及相关变压器制造企业对投运前变压器油所进行的腐蚀性硫检验工作提供指导及参考依据。 In recent years, many new transformer failures occurred successively at home and abroad. In fact, the main rea- son was that the dibenzyl disulfide (DBDS) in the transformer oil caused the corrosion of electrical equipment. The current detection methods for the corrosive sulfur in transformer oil at home and abroad were investigated in this paper, especially the quantitative detection methods. Results showed that, the DBDS in transformer oil can be analyzed by gas chromatogra- phy analyzer with ECD detector. Moreover, this method is featured with high precision, excellent reproducibility, short anal- ysis time and strong operability. Consequently, this paper provides guidance and references for power industry and relevant transformer manufactures in their inspection work for corrosive sulfur in the transformer oil before operation.
