三维超声测量不同孕周胎儿肾上腺大小及其临床意义

Three-dimensional ultrasound measurement on fetal adrenal size within different gestational ages andits clinical significances

目的探讨三维超声测量不同孕周胎儿肾上腺大小及其临床意义。方法统计238例我院产检对象752人次三维超声测量的胎儿肾上腺大小值，分析肾上腺大小与孕周及生产情况的关系。结果肾上腺大小与孕周呈正相关，肾上腺左侧长径、。肾上腺右侧长径、左侧肾上腺容积、右侧肾上腺容积与胎龄相关系数，分别为0．9730、0．9801、0．9258、0．9283，P〈0．05。正常顺产胎儿肾上腺较特殊情况下剖腹产胎儿肾上腺大。结论监测胎儿肾上腺大小对于评价胎儿在宫内情况有一定意义。

Objective To study how to measure the fetal adrenal size within different gestational ages using three-dimensional ultrasound and its clinical significances. Methods 238 cases of pregnant women and their 752 copies of the test reports in our hospital were used to analyze the relationship between the adrenal size and gestational age. Results Adrenal size and gestational age were positively correlated. On the left side and right side, the correlation coefficient of the adrenal length and gestational age were 0.9730 and 0.9801, those of the adrenal volume and gestational age were 0.9258 and 0.9283, P〈O.05. The adrenal size of normal birth fetal was bigger than that of cesarean section fetal. Conclusion Monitoring fetal adrenal size has certain significance in evaluating fetal state in wombs.
