广州市居民生殖健康知识与技能知晓情况调查

A survey on the awareness of reproductive health knowledge and skills of residents in Guangzhou

目的了解广州市居民生殖健康知识与技能知晓情况，为进一步促进生殖健康提供基础信息和政策依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法对1247名18。50周岁的居民进行问卷调查。采用描述性方法、卡方分割法分析和比较不同年龄组的生殖健康知识与技能知晓情况。结果居民计划生育知识知晓情况较好（青春期组、成熟期组和壮实期组的知晓率分别为52．9％、69．4％和75．2％），生殖道感染防治知识、性病防治知识和孕产期保健技能的知晓率有待提高，青春期居民生殖健康知识知晓率明显低于成熟期居民和壮实期居民（P〈0．05）。结论卫生部门要加强生殖系统疾病防治知识和孕产期保健技能的教育，着重提高青春期居民生殖健康知识水平，促进居民生殖健康。

Objective To learn about the awareness of reproductive health knowledge and skills of residents in Guangzhou, to provide basic information and policy reference for further promotion of reproductive health. Methods Cluster sampling was used in sampling 1247 people aged 18-50 for a questionnaire survey. Analyzed and compared the awareness of reproductive health knowledge and skills of different age groups by descriptive method and Chi-square segmentation. Results The status of awareness of family planning knowledge was better （the awareness rates in adolescent group, mature group and sturdy group were 52.9%, 69.4% and 75.2% respectively）. The awareness rate of prevention and treatment knowledge of reproductive tract infection and sexually transmitted diseases and maternal care skills needed to be improved. The awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge of residents in adolescent group was significantly lower than those in mature group and sturdy group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Health sector should strengthen health care education of prevention of reproductive system diseases and maternal care skills, focus on improving the level of reproductive health knowledge of adolescent, to promote reproductive health of residents.
