区域科技投入与经济增长关系的实证研究——以河北省为例 被引量:5

摘要 以河北省1993—2010年的科技活动投入经费、科技人员投入和GDP三组数据作为研究对象,利用协整理论和VAR模型等计量经济学分析方法进行研究,结果显示:河北省的科技活动投入经费、科技人员投入与经济增长之间存在长期均衡关系;经济增长确实促进了科技活动经费和科技人员数量的增加,但反之没有明显的因果关系;科技活动经费投入的增加相对于科技人员投入增加对经济增长的贡献更加明显。 Based on the science and technology activities input funds, science and technology personnel investment and GDP three sets of data from 1993 to 2010 in Hebei province as the research object, using the co integration theory and VAR model and econometric analysis methods, the result shows that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship among the activities of science and technology input funds, science and technology personnel investment and the economic growth in Hebei province. The economic growth really promoted the increase of the science and technology activities and the science and technology personnel number, but otherwise there is no obvious causality. The increase of science and technology activities input has more obvious contribution than the contribution of science and technology personnel investment on the economic growth.
