凋亡相关因子FasL在大肠癌组织中的表达规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 1971年 Burnet 首先提出免疫监视学说,即机体免疫系统中的免疫活性细胞包括 T 细胞、NK 细胞、巨噬细胞等能识别和破坏肿瘤细胞,发挥免疫监视作用.而肿瘤细胞逃避机体免疫系统的监视,无限制地生长下去的现象则被称之为免疫逃逸.
