改良腹壁小切口筋膜内子宫切除术治疗子宫良性病变107例的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of small modified abdominal incision in 107 patients with internal fascia hysterectomy

目的探讨改良腹壁小切口筋膜内子宫切除术治疗子宫良性病变的临床疗效。方法对本院2006年8月—2011年7月收治的107例子宫良性病变患者行腹壁横行小切口筋膜内子宫切除术,术中用腹腔镜宫颈旋切器旋切宫颈,宫颈阴道部残端不予缝合,颈管创面电凝后,纱布填塞。结果所有患者手术均成功完成,手术成功率100%。结论改良腹壁小切口筋膜内子宫切除术具有操作简单、安全性高、术后恢复快、微创及伤口美观等优点,是一种较好的微创子宫切除术式,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of small modified abdominal incision in patients with internal fascia hysterectomy Methods A total of 107 patients who underwent benign gynecological change from August 2006 to July 2011 in our hospital were administered transabdominal intrafacial hysterectomy by laparoscopic cervical rotary-cutting.The cervical and vaginal stump was not sutured.After electrocoagulation on the wound of neck tube,gauze was used for the packing.Results All operations were successful with a success rate of 100%.Conclusion Small modified abdominal incision in patients with internal fascia hysterectomy has advantages of simple operation,high safety,fast postoperative recovery,minimally invasive and good-looking incision.Thus it is a good minimal invasive hysterectomy,and is worthy of promotion.
