平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床疗效评价

Analysis of the therapeutic effects of pingyangmycin combined with lauromacrogol for oral and maxillofacial hemangioma

目的分析平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床疗效。方法选择来本院治疗的口腔颌面部血管瘤患者118例,随机分为对照组(58例)与观察组(60例),对照组使用平阳霉素等基础药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合聚桂醇进行治疗。观察2组治疗情况及不良反应。结果经两药联合应用后,观察组治愈42例,显效10例,有效6例,总有效率96.7%;对照组治愈27例,显效19例,有效8例,总有效率为93.1%。2组在疗效方面比较,差异有统计学意义,2组在总有效率方面比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗过程中,观察组皮肤溃疡1例,局部肿胀2例,腹部不适1例,低热1例;对照组皮肤溃疡4例,局部肿胀5例,腹部不适6例,低热8例,2组不良反应发生差异具有统计学意义。结论平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤患者疗效确切,副作用小,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of pingyangmycin combined with lauromacrogol in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma were randomly divided into control group（n=58） and observation group（n=60）.The control group was treated with basic drugs like pingyangmycin,while the observation group received additional lauromacrogol based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Results After joint application of two drugs,42 cases in the observation group were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,and the total effectiveness rate was 96.7%.In the control group,27 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly effective,8 cases effective,and the total effectiveness rate was 93.1%.Compared with the therapeutic effects of 2 groups,statistical significance was manifested,whereas there was no statistical significance regarding the total effectiveness rate of two groups.In the process of treatment,there was 1 case with skin ulcer,2 with local swelling,1 with abdominal discomfort and 1 with low fever in the observation group.However,there were 4 cases with skin ulcer,5 with local swelling,6 with abdominal discomfort and 8 with low fever.The differences showed statistical difference.Conclusion In the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma,pingyangmycin combined with lauromacrogol is characterized by explicit therapeutic effects,few side effects and less adverse reactions,so it deserves to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
