Telephone follow-up and health guidance for discharged puerperas with caesarean section

目的探讨电话随访在剖宫产出院产妇健康指导中的应用。方法对165例剖宫产出院产妇就产后康复及新生儿护理进行电话回访式健康指导。结果产后42 d内产妇的产后康复及新生儿护理中的健康问题得到有效解决。结论在剖宫产出院产妇管理中应用电话随访式健康指导效果明显。

Objective To explore the application of telephone follow-up in the health guidance for discharged puerperas with caesarean section.Methods 165 discharged puerperas with cesarean section were conducted with telephone follow-up and health guidance based on the problems of postpartum rehabilitation and nursing for neonates.Results Within the postpartum 42 days,the problems on postpartum rehabilitation and nursing for neonates had been effectively resolved.Conclusion Application of telephone follow-up in the health guidance for discharged puerperas with caesarean section is very effective.
