30例胎盘早剥患者的临床观察与护理体会

Clinical observation and nursing experience of 30 patients with placental abruption

目的探讨胎盘早剥孕产妇的临床观察及护理措施。方法对30例胎盘早剥的孕产妇及时识别,严密现察胎盘早剥的症状及体征,准确评估病情,实施及时有效的抢救及护理措施,并采取适当的的分娩方式终止妊娠。结果 30例胎盘早剥孕产妇中,顺产14例,剖宫产术16例;死胎2例,新生儿死亡2例;30例胎盘早剥患者均未出现并发症,痊愈出院。结论准确细致的观察和及时有效的护理措施能有效减少胎盘早剥并发症的发生,并能降低围产儿的病死率,从而改善胎盘早剥孕产妇的围生结局。

Objective To explore the clinical observation and nursing measures for pregnant and lying-in women with placental abruption.Methods Syndrome and physical sign were timely and rigorously observed in 30 pregnant and lying-in women with placental abruption.After the accurate assessment on status of disease,the timely and effective emergency treatment and nursing measures were implemented,and the proper delivery modes were used for termination of pregnancy.Results Among the 30 pregnant and lying-in women with placental abruption,14 women had spontaneous labors,16 women had to take cesarean section;during the whole process of delivery,there were 2 cases of stillbirth and 2 cases of neonatal death;30 pregnant and lying-in women with placental abruption were cured and discharged without any complications.Conclusion Meticulous and careful observation combined with timely and effective nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of placental abruption,reduce fatality rate of perinatal fetus and improve perinatal outcomes of pregnant and lying-in women with placental abruption.
