口腔扁平苔藓患者综合护理干预效果评价研究

Effect evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with oral lichen planus

目的探讨口腔扁平苔藓患者(OLP)实施综合护理干预的效果。方法将104例OLP患者随机分为对照组和干预组各52例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预措施,比较2组的总有效率、复发率及生活质量评分。结果实施综合护理干预后,干预组干预6个月的总有效率为88.9%,显著高于对照组的68.1%(P<0.05);干预组6个月的复发率为19.2%,显著低于对照组的44.2%(P<0.01);干预组干预6个月后的情感得分、一般感情指数、健康指数、生活满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 OLP患者实施综合护理干预后,可提高患者的总有效率,降低复发率,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with oral lichen planus （OLP）. Methods 104 OLP patients were randomly divid- ed into control group （n = 52） and intervention group （n = 52）. The control group was conducted with conventional treatment and nursing, while the intervention group was conducted with compre- hensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Total effective rate, recurrence rate and score of quality of life were compared between two groups. Results After implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for 6 months, the total effective rate in the intervention group was 88.9%, which was significantly higher than 68.1% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the re- currence rate in the intervention group was 19.2 %, which was significantly lower than 44.2 % in the control group （P〈0.01）; the scores of emotion, general emotion index, health index and life satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for OLP patients can increase total effective rate, reduce the recurrence rate and improve quality of life.
