白内障患者囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术护理体会

Nursing for cataract patients with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation

目的探讨白内障患者囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的护理要点与护理体会。方法选择行囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的100例患者作为研究对象,给予其有效合理的术前、术后护理,记录观察患者手术结果和不良反应情况,统计患者对护理人员护理工作的满意度。结果手术后,6例患者出现术后角膜水肿,4例出现前房积血,2例出现人工晶体脱落,1例出现继发性青光眼,未发生切口裂开和感染等并发症;手术2周后,裸眼视力4.8者94例,裸眼视力4.6者6例;患者对于护理工作的总满意度为98.0%。结论护理干预有利于囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的顺利完成,临床应加强推广应用。

Objective To explore the tients with extracapsular cataract extraction nursing points and nursing experience of cataract paand intraocular lens implantation. Methods 100 cataract patients with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were select- ed and conducted with reasonable and effective preoperative and postoperative nursing. Surgical out- comes and adverse reactions were observed and recorded, and satisfactory degree toward nursing service was evaluated. Results After operation, 6 patients had postoperative corneal edema, 4 patients had hyphema, 2 patients had artificial lens exfoliation, and one patient had secondary glaucoma; no complications such as wound disruption and infection were observed in cataract patients; 2 weeks after operation, the number of patients with uncorrected visual acuity of 4.8 was 94, and the number of patients with uncorrected visual acuity of 4.6 was 6 ; satisfactory degree toward nursing service in cataract patients was 98.0 %. Conclusion Nursing intervention is benefit for the successful implementation of extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
